Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 10, 2026

Jade Palace Slots is operated by WILSON & LAWRENCE, INC. ("we," "us," or "our"). Protecting the privacy and security of the personal data gathered through our mobile applications, websites, and associated offerings (together, the "Services") is something we treat as a core responsibility.

This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we may gather, the ways we put that information to use, when it might be shared, and the rights that users hold under the laws that apply to them.

The Services are meant exclusively for people who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly gather or handle personal information belonging to anyone under 21. Should we learn that we have collected data from someone below this age, we will act promptly and reasonably to remove that information.

1. Information We Collect

The kinds of information we may gather include the following:

  • Contact Details: Data such as your name, email address, phone number, and postal address.
  • Account Credentials: Information tied to your account, including your user ID, password, and account verification status.
  • Personal Information: Details like your date of birth, age, gender, VIP standing, and records of your play.
  • Transaction and Usage Data: Information about purchases, redemptions, and how you interact within the Services.
  • Preference Information: Your selections for marketing messages, promotional communications, and similar preferences.
  • Location and Technical Information: This can include your SIM card region, IP address, device settings, operating system, time zone, browser type, and device identifiers. Using VPN services while accessing the Services is not allowed.

For purposes including identity verification, security monitoring, customer support, and protecting the integrity of the platform, we may collect or process certain categories of sensitive personal information, such as:

  • Photographs: For instance, selfies provided during identity checks.
  • Video Recordings: Such as recordings used for liveness confirmation or verification sessions.
  • Audio Recordings: Including recordings created during customer support conversations.

Photographs, selfies, video, and audio are gathered only for identity verification and related security aims. When biometric analysis is needed, it is carried out solely by authorized third-party verification partners, and we do not keep or store any biometric templates.

The handling of this sensitive information is confined strictly to purposes tied to security, identity verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with the laws that apply.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may process personal information for the following reasons:

  • To provide, run, and maintain the Services;
  • To create and manage user accounts;
  • To carry out transactions and manage redemptions;
  • To send service updates, notifications, and promotional messages;
  • To identify and stop fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity;
  • To meet the legal and regulatory duties that apply to us.

Depending on the situation, the legal grounds for processing personal information may rest on your consent, the need to process data to perform a contract, our legitimate business interests, or compliance with legal requirements.

Users can ask us to delete their account and associated personal information by writing to the email address given below. Even so, some data may be kept where it is needed for reasons such as satisfying legal or regulatory duties, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, or enforcing our agreements.

Once a valid deletion request has been carried out, the related account will be disabled and access to the Services will end.

3. Identity Verification (KYC) Information

To meet legal and regulatory requirements as well as our fraud-prevention and platform-integrity measures, we may ask you to complete identity verification (commonly called "KYC").

3.1 Categories of Collected Information

For identity verification, we may gather or process the following types of information:

  • Your full name, date of birth, and nationality;
  • Details drawn from government-issued identification documents (such as a passport, driver's license, or national ID card);
  • Selfie photographs submitted as part of the verification process;
  • Your home address along with supporting proof-of-address documentation;
  • Account and device identifiers, including your user ID;
  • Video, photographic, and/or audio recordings taken during verification calls or chat-based verification, where applicable.

3.2 How Your Information Is Used

Identity verification information may be gathered by an outside verification provider and passed to us only for these purposes:

  • To satisfy the legal and regulatory obligations that apply;
  • To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, and misuse of the Services;
  • To confirm that a user is eligible, including checking that applicable age requirements are met.

3.3 External Identity Verification Providers

We may work with well-regarded third-party identity verification providers, such as Sumsub or comparable vendors, to handle verification-related information on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may use it only for identity verification and regulatory compliance.

3.4 Data Retention Practices

Identity verification information is kept only for as long as needed to serve the purposes described above or as required by applicable law. Where feasible, we retain records of verification results rather than storing full identification documents.

Selling, leasing, trading, or otherwise profiting from biometric information is strictly forbidden. Any biometric data we may process is retained only for the time needed to finish the verification procedure and in line with the legal and regulatory duties that apply.

4. Geolocation and Location Limits

To comply with the local regulations that apply, our games cannot be accessed from certain places. We may use your IP address and device configuration to determine your general geographic area.

Access to the Services is currently blocked in the following U.S. states: California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, and New York.

You are responsible for making sure that your use of the Services is lawful where you live. Using tools such as VPNs or similar technologies to get around these geographic limits breaches our Terms of Service.

5. Consent to Geolocation and Device Verification

To meet jurisdictional compliance requirements and guard against fraud or unauthorized use, you acknowledge and agree that we may collect, use, and process information about your location and device when you access or interact with the Services. Such information may include GPS data, IP addresses, Wi-Fi or network signals, device identifiers, operating system details, browser or application settings, and other technical signals used to confirm that your location is genuine and your device is sound. We may also engage trusted third-party providers who specialize in geolocation and fraud prevention to run these checks for us.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree that we may use technologies built to spot attempts to hide or change your true location or device environment. These measures may include detecting the use of VPN services, proxy servers, remote access applications, virtual machines, emulators, or other similar circumvention tools. If location verification cannot be completed, or if access appears to come from a restricted jurisdiction, certain features of the Services may be limited, suspended, or made unavailable.

For compliance and fraud-prevention reasons, we may collect certain location and device-related information. That information is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and kept only for as long as necessary to meet applicable legal, regulatory, and security obligations.

6. Detection of VPN, Proxy, and Circumvention Tools

To keep gameplay fair and stay compliant with the laws that apply, using technologies meant to hide or alter your true location or device environment is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, Virtual Private Networks (VPNs), proxy servers, location-spoofing software, emulators, and remote desktop tools.

We monitor the Services for the use of such methods. If we detect this kind of activity, we may respond by suspending your account or limiting your ability to redeem prizes.

7. Third-Party Data Use and Disclosure

We do not sell personal information. In some cases, though, information may be shared with trusted service providers that help us run our business. These partners are held to strict confidentiality obligations and may include:

  • Identity verification providers (such as Sumsub)
  • Fraud detection and risk management providers
  • Payment processing partners
  • Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
  • Analytics and advertising partners

Each of these third-party providers is contractually required to process personal information only for authorized purposes on our behalf and to keep appropriate security measures in place to protect that data.

8. How We Protect Your Information

We put appropriate security measures in place to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. These measures may include encryption technologies and secure server infrastructure. Payment transactions are handled by certified third-party payment providers, and we do not retain full credit card details on our systems.

Although we take reasonable steps to secure your information, no online platform can promise absolute security. We encourage users to choose strong passwords and to keep their account credentials private.

9. How and When We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. Personal information may be disclosed only in limited situations, including the following:

  • It may be shared with service providers or business partners who carry out functions for us, such as data hosting, customer support, or fraud prevention.
  • It may be transferred as part of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, or asset sales.
  • It may be disclosed where necessary to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, court orders, or lawful requests from government authorities.
  • It may also be shared when needed to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Sponsor, our users, or other people.

All third-party providers are contractually bound to handle personal information only for authorized purposes and to apply appropriate confidentiality and security safeguards.

10. Advertising, Analytics and SDKs

To support ad delivery, analytics, and performance measurement, we may partner with third parties that use cookies, SDKs, or similar technologies to collect information about how people interact with websites and applications. This data helps us show relevant advertising and gauge how well our marketing works. Where the option is available, users can manage cookie settings through their browser or device configuration.

We may also use analytics and attribution providers, including services such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer, to understand user engagement, measure marketing results, detect possible fraud, and improve how the Services function. These providers may collect and process information through SDK integrations and similar tools according to their own privacy policies.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, some disclosures related to advertising or analytics may be treated as "sharing" under certain privacy laws. Where the law requires it, users may exercise the opt-out rights available to them under the local regulations that apply.

11. Links to the Third-Party

Our Services may contain links to websites or platforms run by third parties, offered for information or convenience. These outside services are operated independently and are not under our control. We take no responsibility for the privacy practices, content, or policies of such third-party sites. We encourage users to read the relevant privacy policies of those websites before sharing any personal information.

12. Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose personal information where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with applicable laws or legal processes, to enforce our Terms and policies, to investigate suspected violations or misconduct, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Sponsor, our users, or others.

13. Right to Request Data Deletion

Where the law allows, users may ask us to remove their personal information. We review each request in light of the legal, regulatory, and operational requirements that apply. Deletion requests can be sent to us at our official email address: jariahm@wilsonlawrence.pics.

For security and verification reasons, we may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request. This can involve confirming your registered email address or other account-related details. We handle all valid requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

14. How We Protect Children's Privacy

The Services are meant only for users who are 21 years of age or older. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from anyone under the age of 18. If we discover that Personal Information about a person under 18 has been obtained by mistake, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information from our systems.

15. California Privacy Rights

The additional disclosures below apply only to residents of the State of California ("consumers") under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and add to the information provided above.

If you are a California resident, you may have the following rights, subject to certain legal limits:
